Finance & Accounting Specialist Bursa

Location: Bursa, Turkey

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage our company's financial, accounting, and administrative operations, contribute to cost control and financial analysis, and support management in improving operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

·       3–5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.

·       Strong knowledge of general accounting procedures, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, and banking transactions.

·       Experience in import operations, foreign currency transactions, and cost analysis.

·       Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

·       Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

·       Experience with accounting or ERP software such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis, or similar systems.

·       Fluency in English.

·       Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.

·       Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and results-driven.

Job Responsibilities

·       Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing and financial recordkeeping.

·       Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank transactions, and payment collections.

·       Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor financial obligations.

·       Track import-related costs, foreign currency transactions, and exchange rate differences.

·       Conduct product and service cost analyses and prepare profitability reports.

·       Monitor company expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.

·       Coordinate purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement processes.

·       Support human resources administration and general administrative operations.

·       Work closely with external accounting and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.

·       Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management.

·       Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve the company's efficiency, financial performance, and long-term profitability.
