Position: Junior Finance Specialist (Full-Time)
Location: Gilching, near Munich, Germany
Reporting to: Head of Finance
Accounts Payable Management
Review and post supplier invoices.
Prepare payment documents and arrange external payments.
Employee Expense Management
Review employee expense claims and supporting documents.
Follow up on reimbursement processes to ensure timely payment to employees.
Cash & Treasury Support
Liaise with banks and monitor incoming and outgoing payments.
Maintain cash flow and payment records.
Accounts Reconciliation
Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable balances and transactions.
Tax Support
Assist with the preparation and organization of tax-related documents.
Liaise with external tax advisors in Germany.
Financial Documentation
Maintain and archive financial documents and records.
Month-End Closing
Assist with monthly closing activities and related accounting tasks.
Other Duties
Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
Good command of German and English; fluent Chinese (spoken and written).
Strong Excel skills; experience with DATEV or Oracle financial systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented, accurate, numerically sensitive, reliable, and well-organized.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of German VAT and corporate/income tax regulations is a plus.
