Responsibilities
This is a full-time position dedicated to driving business growth and supporting the company’s commercial activities.
Develop new business opportunities with industrial customers of all sizes, including large accounts not yet part of the company’s portfolio.
Manage and grow non-key small and mid-sized industrial customers, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to overall sales growth.
Support senior sales managers with major/key accounts when required, assisting with proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Host visiting customers at the office, Academy, or customer sites, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and congresses, including preparation, booth setup, and customer engagement.
Work in close cooperation with the direct superior to align on priorities, strategies, and goals.
Monitor customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends, and provide feedback to management.
Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions through the company’s systems and processes.
Extensive travel is required, both domestically and internationally, to visit customers, partners, and events.
In exceptional cases, such as during exhibitions, trade shows, or other business needs, overtime or work on weekends or public holidays may be required.
Fulfill any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the company, as required, in support of business objectives.
