Material Handler

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Material Handler to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of inbound and outbound materials, preparing shipments for domestic and international transport, and ensuring that high-value products are packaged to the highest standards. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production, and ensuring that all shipments leave our facility in roadworthy condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store inbound deliveries.

• Prepare and stage outbound shipments according to customer and carrier requirements.

• Load and unload palletized freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

• Assemble products and packaging to ensure shipments are secure and roadworthy.

• Assemble wooden crates and protective packaging for high-value and sensitive equipment.

• Verify shipment contents against packing lists and shipping documentation.

• Label, wrap, and secure pallets in accordance with transport regulations.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe environment.

• Follow company quality procedures and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• English and German language skills.

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or material handling.

• Experience operating forklifts; a valid forklift license is required

• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.

• Ability to read shipping documents, packing lists, and work instructions.

• Basic computer skills; ERP experience (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is an advantage.
