A 1kW core / 6kW ring water-cooled fiber laser cleaner, built for non-contact industrial surface cleaning — Dual Beam's only cleaning-focused model.
The DBC 1000/6000 is the only cleaning-focused model in Maxphotonics' Dual Beam lineup — every other Dual Beam model (the MFMC Multi Module series) is built for welding. It pairs a 1000W core beam with a 6000W ring beam (BPP ≤1.2mm·mrad core / ≤5.5mm·mrad ring) — the most ring-biased split in the Dual Beam range — for 7kW of combined output aimed at broad-area, non-contact surface cleaning rather than welding penetration. It also runs in CW or Pulsed mode, unlike the MFMC welding models' CW-only operation.
It's built for non-contact industrial surface cleaning, including mold cleaning, tire cleaning, and blue film cleaning. Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with a spectral width (3dB) of ≤15nm on the core and ≤3nm on the ring. It connects via a QBH fiber connector — the only Dual Beam model without a QD option — over a 10m cable, integrates into production lines over Digital I/O or ProfiNET, runs on water cooling (distilled water or glycol antifreeze), draws up to 22kW from a 360-440VAC supply, and ships CE certified with a 2-year standard warranty. At 576×1095×795mm and roughly 235kg, it uses its own dedicated chassis — distinct from the MFMC welding models' shared 550×1140×760mm cabinet.
A ring-heavy 1:6 split between the 1000W core beam and 6000W ring beam — the most ring-biased split in the Dual Beam lineup — for broad-area, non-contact cleaning coverage rather than the penetration-focused welding models.
Runs in both CW and Pulsed mode, unlike the CW-only MFMC welding models — giving flexibility to match the cleaning method to the surface and material.
Built for non-contact industrial surface cleaning — such as mold cleaning, tire cleaning, and blue film cleaning — removing contaminants without damaging the underlying material.
Connects into existing production lines over Digital I/O or ProfiNET, for integration with automated cleaning cells.
Water cooling (distilled water or glycol antifreeze) keeps output stable through sustained cleaning work on a fixed production line.
Unlike the MFMC welding models' shared 550×1140×760mm cabinet, the DBC 1000/6000 uses its own 576×1095×795mm chassis, purpose-built for cleaning work.
