Maxphotonics
Maxphotonics Elite MFMC 85000W Multi-Module CW Laser

Elite Series

The Elite Series spans 500W to 85kW across fifteen models, with ≥5% built-in power redundancy standard from 2kW up.

Elite Series Fiber Lasers

The range covers four architectures: rack-mounted single-module units at 500W and 1kW purpose-built for 3D printing; rack-mounted single-module units from 2kW to 6kW for cutting, welding, and cladding; cabinet-mounted single-module units at 6kW and 12kW; and cabinet-mounted multi-module units from 20kW up to 85kW for the highest-throughput work. Every model ships CE and FDA certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D (PL-d), and a standard warranty of at least 2 years, extendable to 5.

Built-in power redundancy of ≥5% is standard across every Elite model from 2kW up, so the laser keeps running at full rated output even if part of the system underperforms — the 500W and 1kW 3D-printing models are the exception, since their smaller single-module design doesn't carry a redundancy spec. Beam quality is matched to the job at hand, from M² ≤1.1–1.2 on the 3D-printing pair up to a beam parameter product of 8.0–10.0 mm·mrad on the highest-power cabinet units, staying tight enough for consistent results at every power level.

Widest Power Range in the Lineup

From 500W to 85kW across fifteen models, the Elite Series covers everything from precision 3D printing to the highest-throughput cutting, welding, and cladding work.

Built-In Power Redundancy from 2kW Up

Every Elite model at 2kW and above carries ≥5% built-in power redundancy, so the laser keeps running at full rated output even if part of the system underperforms.

Extensively Certified

Every model ships CE and FDA certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D (PL-d) and a standard warranty of at least 2 years, extendable to 5.

Automation-Ready Integration

Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, means every Elite model drops into existing production lines without custom middleware.
