Maxphotonics Pro45 Series 12000W Multi-Module CW Laser

Pro45 Series

The Pro45 Series pairs up to 45% Wall Plug Efficiency with ≥20% built-in power redundancy across four models, from 6kW to 20kW.

Pro45 Series High-Efficiency Fiber Lasers

Available in two architectures — single-module (MFSC) units at 6kW and 10kW and multi-module (MFMC) units at 12kW and 20kW — the Pro45 Series covers cutting, welding, and cladding from entry-level power up to high-throughput production, with 20% built-in power redundancy standard across every model. Every model ships CE, FDA, and ETL certified, with safety systems rated to ISO 13849-1:2015 Performance Level D and a 5-year standard warranty.

Wall Plug Efficiency reaches up to 45% across all four models — meaning less of the electricity drawn from the wall is lost as heat, which lowers both energy costs and the load on your cooling system. Beam quality ranges from BPP 3.0–4.0 mm·mrad on the single-module units and the MFMC 20000, up to 3.0–4.5 mm·mrad on the MFMC 12000, staying tight enough for consistent cuts and welds across the full power range.

Up to 45% Wall Plug Efficiency

More of the electricity drawn from the wall becomes usable laser output instead of waste heat — cutting energy costs and reducing the load on your cooling system across all four models.

Built-In Power Redundancy

≥20% built-in power redundancy is standard across every model — so the laser keeps running at full rated output even if part of the system underperforms.

Extensively Certified

Every model ships CE, FDA, and ETL certified, with safety systems rated to ISO 13849-1:2015 Performance Level D and backed by a 5-year standard warranty.

Automation-Ready Integration

EtherCAT, PROFINET, and digital I/O connectivity mean every Pro45 model drops into existing production lines without custom middleware

Two Architectures for Every Scale

Single-module (MFSC) units at 6kW and 10kW suit entry-level cutting, welding, and cladding; multi-module (MFMC) units at 12kW and 20kW step up to high-throughput production — both built on the same Pro45 efficiency platform.

Beam Quality Matched to Power

Beam quality ranges from BPP 3.0–4.0 mm·mrad on the single-module units and the MFMC 20000, up to 3.0–4.5 mm·mrad on the MFMC 12000 — tight enough for consistent cuts and welds across the full power range.
