Dual Beam MFMC 5000/3000M Industrial Fiber Laser

The MFMC 5000/3000M tops out both the Dual Beam Multi Module lineup and the biased-split trio, with a 5000W core beam and a 3000W ring beam (BPP 2.0mm·mrad @50μm core / 7.0mm·mrad @150μm ring) — 8kW of combined output, the highest in the range, for the highest-throughput EV battery welding work.

It's built for EV battery welding, including battery drive unit welding, battery tab welding, and battery FTT anode welding. Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with a modulation frequency up to 20kHz. It connects via QBH or QD fiber connectors over a 20m cable, integrates into production lines over Digital I/O or ProfiNET, runs on water cooling (distilled water or glycol antifreeze, conductivity ≤40±5μS/cm), draws 24kW from a 360-440VAC three-phase supply, and ships CE certified with a 2-year standard warranty. At 550×1140×760mm and roughly 240kg, it's the heaviest model in the Dual Beam Multi Module lineup, sharing the same chassis as the rest of the range.
