The MFMC 40000 is the lower-power model in this multi-module cabinet pair, combining multiple laser modules into a single 40kW output for higher-throughput cutting, welding, and cladding work. Beam quality (BPP 4.0–5.5 mm·mrad @100μm) stays consistent across the full duty cycle, backed by ≥5% built-in power redundancy so the remaining modules can cover the shortfall if one underperforms.
Power stability holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, with tunability from 10% to 100% of rated output and modulation up to 5kHz for processes that call for controlled output. It connects over digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, and ships CE, FDA, and ETL certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D (PL-d) and a 3-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years.
BPP of 4.0–5.5 mm·mrad at a 100μm core (up to 8.0–10.0 at 200μm) keeps output stable across cutting, welding, and cladding work in this multi-module cabinet range.
If one module underperforms, the rest of the array keeps the MFMC 40000 running at full rated output instead of forcing an unplanned shutdown.
Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 5kHz, for processes that need controlled, lower-power passes as well as full-power runs.
Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, connects the MFMC 40000 into existing production cells without custom middleware.
