At 2kW, the MFSC 2000 is the entry-level output in the Elite Series' single-module lineup, built for cutting, welding, and cladding work — including brass cutting and stainless or copper welding — where beam quality (BPP 1.0–2.0 mm·mrad @50μm) and steady output matter more than raw power. ≥5% built-in power redundancy keeps it running at full rated output even if part of the system underperforms.
Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 5kHz for processes that need fine control rather than just full-power output. It connects over digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, and ships CE, FDA, and ETL certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D (PL-d) and a 2-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years.
BPP of 1.0–2.0 mm·mrad at a 50μm core (3.0–4.0 at 100μm) keeps the focused spot size stable, for repeatable cuts, welds, and clad layers job after job.
≥5% of rated power is held in reserve, so the laser keeps running at full output even if part of the system underperforms — no unplanned stop mid-shift.
Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 5kHz, for processes that need controlled, lower-power passes as well as full-power runs.
Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, connects the MFSC 2000 into existing cutting, welding, and cladding cells without custom middleware.
Runs on a closed water-cooling loop across a +10°C to +40°C operating range, with humidity tolerance up to 85% for varied shop-floor conditions.
At 482.6 × 850 × 172mm and roughly 70kg, the MFSC 2000 shares its footprint with the MFSC 3000 — the lightest chassis in this group of Elite single-module lasers.
