Maxphotonics Elite MFSC 500W Single-Module CW Laser

Elite MFSC 500

A 19-inch rack-mount 500W fiber laser built for precision 3D printing, with M² ≤1.1 beam quality and ±1% power stability.

Elite MFSC 500 Industrial Fiber Laser

At 500W, the MFSC 500 is the entry point into the Elite Series' 3D printing pair, pairing a tight M² ≤1.1 beam quality (at a 10μm core) with ±1% power stability over an hour of continuous running — the consistency 3D printing needs from the first layer to the last.

The MFSC 500 fits a standard 19-inch rack at just 89mm tall (482.6 × 620 × 89mm) and 45kg, drawing 1.5kW typical input power on a single-phase 220V supply — a straightforward addition to an existing equipment rack rather than a dedicated floor footprint. It connects over Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available as options, and ships CE, FDA, and ETL (UL compatible) certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D and a 2-year standard warranty extendable to 5 years.

Key Features

Exceptional Beam Quality

M² ≤1.1 at a 10μm core delivers a tight, stable beam for fine-detail parts, layer after layer.

Continuous Output Stability

Power output holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, keeping layer-to-layer consistency steady across a full build.

19-Inch Rack-Mount Design

At 482.6 × 620 × 89mm and 45kg, it fits a standard 19-inch rack rather than needing its own floor space — a straightforward addition to an existing equipment rack.

Flexible Modulation

Modulation frequencies up to 50kHz give precise control over pulse timing for dynamic 3D printing processes.

Easy System Integration

Digital I/O comes standard, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available as options for direct integration into automated production lines.

Flexible Optical Interface

QBH and QCS fiber connections support a range of compatible processing heads without needing a custom adapter.
