The MFSC 6000 Cabinet is the lower-power model in Elite's single-module cabinet-housed pair, combining the laser source, cooling, and control systems into one integrated enclosure for cutting, welding, and cladding at 6kW. Beam quality (BPP 3.5–4.5 mm·mrad @100μm) stays consistent across the full duty cycle, backed by ≥5% built-in power redundancy so the laser keeps running at full rated output even if part of the system underperforms.
Power output holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, with tunability from 10% to 100% of rated power and modulation up to 5kHz for processes that call for controlled output. It connects over digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, ships CE and FDA certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D (PL-d), and comes with a 2-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years.
BPP of 3.5–4.5 mm·mrad at a 100μm core (up to 8.0–10.0 at 200μm) keeps output stable across cutting, welding, and cladding work in this single-module cabinet range.
≥5% of rated power is held in reserve, so the laser keeps running at full output even if part of the system underperforms — no unplanned stop mid-shift.
Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 5kHz, for processes that need controlled, lower-power passes as well as full-power runs.
Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, connects the MFSC 6000 Cabinet into existing production cells without custom middleware.
