Maxphotonics M Series MFMC 40000W Multi-Module CW Laser

M Series MFMC 40000M

A 40kW multi-module fiber laser delivering BPP 4.0–5.5 mm·mrad beam quality, CE-certified for cutting and welding.

M Series MFMC 40000 Industrial Fiber Laser

The MFMC 40000M is the lower-power model in the M Series' cabinet-mounted multi-module pair at this tier, combining multiple laser modules into a single 40kW output for cutting and welding work. It runs in CW or modulated operating modes, with beam quality (BPP 4.0–5.5 mm·mrad @100μm) staying consistent across the full duty cycle.

Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with power stability holding within ±1% over an hour of continuous running. It connects over digital I/O, draws power from a 400V three-phase supply, and ships CE-certified with a 3-year standard warranty.

Key Features

BPP 4.0–5.5 mm·mrad Beam Quality

A beam parameter product of 4.0–5.5 mm·mrad at a 100μm core (5.5–6.5 at 150μm) keeps output consistent across cutting and welding work in this multi-module cabinet pair.

CW and Modulated Operation

Runs in continuous-wave or modulated mode, giving flexibility to match output delivery to the cutting or welding process at hand.

10–100% Power Tunability

Output is adjustable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 5kHz, for dialing in exactly the energy a given material or joint calls for.

Straightforward Automation Integration

Digital I/O connectivity drops the MFMC 40000M into existing cutting and welding cells without custom middleware.

Multi-Module Cabinet Architecture

Multiple laser modules are combined into a single cabinet enclosure, giving the MFMC 40000M its 40kW output in one integrated unit.

Compact Footprint for the Pair

At 950 × 1101 × 1250mm and roughly 700kg, the MFMC 40000M shares its footprint with the MFMC 50000M — the lighter of the two in this pairing.
