MOPA MFPT 500M/C Pulsed Fiber Laser

The MFPT 500M/C is MOPA's 500W pulsed fiber laser built for precision welding, rust removal, and fine material-processing work, with a tight M² ≤1.7 beam quality and a fixed 7.0±0.5mm output beam diameter for consistent, repeatable results. Typical applications include mobile phone spring welding, gear rust removal, and copper wire de-insulation — precision work at small scale rather than high-throughput industrial cleaning.

Output runs in CW or pulsed mode, tunable from a 1ns(CW) pulse width down to a 10 to 500ns pulsed range, with a repetition rate adjustable from 1 to 8000kHz and a single pulse energy of 2mJ. It connects via fixed isolator or QBH fiber output over a 5 to 10m cable, runs on water cooling — circulating distilled water or a glycol antifreeze mix — draws up to 1500W from a 230VAC supply, and ships CE-certified with a 2-year standard warranty, extendable up to 5 years, weighing roughly 30kg.

Key Features

M² ≤1.7 Beam Quality

A tight M² ≤1.7 beam quality keeps precision high for fine-scale welding and material-processing work.

2mJ Single Pulse Energy, 1–8000kHz Repetition Rate

A 2mJ single pulse energy and a repetition rate adjustable from 1 to 8000kHz give fine control over heat input for delicate welding work.

Precision Welding, Rust Removal, and Material Processing

Suited to precision work such as spring welding, rust removal, and wire de-insulation — fine-scale jobs that call for tight beam control rather than high-throughput industrial cleaning.

Isolator or QBH Fiber Output

Available with a fixed isolator output or a QBH connector, for flexibility in how the laser integrates into a production line.

Water-Cooled for Precision Output

Runs on water cooling — circulating distilled water or a glycol antifreeze mix — to keep output stable during precision welding work.

CW or Pulsed Mode

Runs in continuous-wave or pulsed mode depending on the job, switching between precision welding and cleaning or material-processing work without swapping hardware.
