The MFPT 500M/C Miniaturized packs 500W of pulsed output into a compact, air-cooled chassis, built for industrial abrasive cleaning, tire cleaning, and rust removal. A single pulse energy of up to 15mJ and a repetition rate adjustable from 1 to 8000kHz give it the throughput for heavier cleaning jobs, without the water loop a full-size 500W unit would usually need.
Pulse width is tunable from 20 to 500ns, with an output spot diameter of 4 to 6mm or 6 to 8mm depending on the job. It connects via QCS quick-connect fiber output, with an isolator or QBH option available, over a 5m cable (8m or 10m optional), runs on air cooling, draws up to 1700W from a 48VDC supply, and ships CE-certified with a 2-year standard warranty, extendable up to 5 years. At 383 × 320 × 125mm and roughly 16kg, it's built to move between work areas rather than sit as a fixed installation.
