The MFPT 6000M is MOPA's highest-power pulsed fiber laser, built for heavy-duty cleaning work at industrial scale — aerospace post-weld cleaning, shipping rust removal and coating cleaning, aircraft surface paint removal, and high-speed rail paint stripping. A single pulse energy of 300mJ and beam parameter product under 45mm·mrad give it the energy and beam quality to clean large surfaces without damaging the substrate underneath.
Pulse width is selectable from five fixed settings — 30, 60, 150, 250, or 500ns — for matching the pulse to the coating or contaminant being removed, with a spectral bandwidth of 8 to 15nm and output power stability of ±2%. It connects via QBH fiber output over a 10m cable with a 600μm core, runs on water cooling, draws up to 24kW from a 380VAC supply, and ships CE-certified with a 2-year standard warranty, extendable up to 5 years. At roughly 1120 × 1100 × 1070mm and 540kg, it's built as a fixed industrial installation rather than a mobile unit.
A beam parameter product under 45mm·mrad keeps beam quality consistent even at this power level, for even cleaning results across large surface areas.
