Pro45 MFSC 6000 Industrial Fiber Laser

At 6kW, the MFSC 6000 is the entry point into the Pro45 Series' single-module lineup, pairing that power output with a wall plug efficiency of up to 45% — meaning more of the electricity you pay for comes out as usable laser output, and less as heat your cooling system has to remove. Its beam quality (BPP 3.0–4.0 mm·mrad) stays tight enough to cut clean edges on sheet steel and hold consistent battery tab and busbar welds without retuning between jobs.

Built-in power redundancy of ≥20% means the laser keeps running at full rated output even if part of the system underperforms — no unplanned shutdown mid-shift waiting on a repair. It connects over EtherCAT, PROFINET, or digital I/O into existing cutting and welding cells, and ships CE, FDA, and ETL certified, with safety systems rated to ISO 13849-1:2015 Performance Level D and backed by a 5-year standard warranty.
