Q-Switch MFPE 20M Elite Pulsed Fiber Laser
The MFPE 20M Elite is Q-Switch's Elite line at 20W, holding the same beam quality (M² ≤1.5), single pulse energy (1.1mJ), and pulse width (140-160ns) as the MFPE 30M Elite and MFPE 50M Elite — Elite's specs stay consistent across all three power ratings, unlike the Super line's, which shift as power increases. It's built for precision marking, engraving, and cleaning work, including on highly reflective materials, where a Q-switched pulse gives cleaner, more controlled results than a standard pulsed fiber laser.
Output is tunable from 0% to 100% of rated power — a wider floor than the Super line's 10% minimum — with a repetition rate adjustable from 1 to 600kHz, a much broader range than the Super line's per-model rates. It connects via a fixed isolator fiber output over a 3m cable, runs on air cooling — no external chiller needed — draws power from a 24VDC supply, and ships CE, FDA, RoHS, and REACH compliant with a 2-year standard warranty. At 212.2 × 156 × 69mm, it shares its chassis with the MFPE 30M Elite and MFPE 50M Elite.

Built for precision marking, chip marking, engraving, and surface cleaning — the short, high-peak-power pulse of Q-switched output cuts cleanly into reflective materials that a standard pulsed laser can struggle with.
As with fiber lasers generally, an all-fiber beam path means there's no free-space optics to jar out of alignment — keeping output stable on uncontrolled production floors and supporting a long service life.
Air cooling removes the need for an external chiller, so the MFPE 20M Elite drops into space-limited production lines without extra plumbing.
Unlike the Super line, whose specs shift with power, the MFPE 20M Elite holds the same beam quality, pulse energy, and repetition rate range as the MFPE 30M Elite and MFPE 50M Elite — only the power rating changes.
