Maxphotonics X Series MFSC 2000W Single-Module CW Laser

X Series MFSC 2000X

A 2kW single-module fiber laser delivering BPP 1.8 mm·mrad beam quality, CE-certified for cutting and welding.

X Series MFSC 2000X Industrial Fiber Laser

The MFSC 2000X steps up to 2kW within the same rack-mounted single-module architecture as the MFSC 1500X, with CW and pulsed operating modes and a slightly wider beam quality of BPP 1.8 mm·mrad (@50μm) — giving it more power per pass for brass cutting, stainless steel welding, and copper welding.

Like the MFSC 1500X, output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with a modulation frequency of up to 20kHz. It connects over digital I/O, draws a maximum of 6kW from a single-phase 220V supply, and ships CE-certified with a 2-year standard warranty

Key Features

BPP 1.8 mm·mrad Beam Quality

A beam parameter product of 1.8 mm·mrad through a 50μm fiber core holds a tight, consistent spot size for brass cutting, stainless steel welding, and copper welding.

CW and Pulsed Operation

Runs in continuous-wave or pulsed mode, giving flexibility to match output delivery to the cutting or welding process at hand.

10–100% Power Tunability

Output is adjustable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 20kHz, for dialing in exactly the energy a given material or joint calls for.

Straightforward Automation Integration

Digital I/O connectivity drops the MFSC 2000X into existing cutting and welding cells without custom middleware.

Built for Continuous Operation

Runs on a closed water-cooling loop across a +10°C to +40°C operating range, with humidity tolerance up to 85% for varied shop-floor conditions.

More Power, Compact Footprint

At 440 × 605 × 88mm and roughly 25kg, the MFSC 2000X steps up in power over the MFSC 1500X while staying compact enough for tight machine layouts or OEM builds.
