The MFSC 3000X steps up in power within the X Series' rack-mounted single-module lineup, built for cutting and welding work. At 3kW, it runs in CW or modulated operating modes with beam quality of BPP ≤1.8 mm·mrad (@50μm) — tight enough for clean edges on carbon steel and stainless steel cutting.
Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, connecting over digital I/O for straightforward integration into existing cutting and welding cells. It draws power from a 360–440VAC three-phase supply, and ships CE-certified with a 2-year standard warranty.
A beam parameter product of ≤1.8 mm·mrad through a 50μm fiber core (≤3.6 at 100μm) keeps the focused spot tight for clean edges on carbon steel and stainless steel cutting.
Runs in continuous-wave or modulated mode, giving flexibility to match output delivery to the cutting or welding process at hand.
Output is adjustable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 5kHz, for dialing in exactly the energy a given material calls for.
Digital I/O connectivity drops the MFSC 3000X into existing cutting and welding cells without custom middleware.
Runs on a closed water-cooling loop across a +10°C to +40°C operating range, with humidity tolerance up to 85% for varied shop-floor conditions.
At 482.6 × 850 × 113mm and roughly 60kg, the MFSC 3000X shares its footprint with the MFSC 4000X — the lighter of the two in this pairing.
