
An 80kW multi-module, cabinet-mounted fiber laser delivering ≥5% built-in power redundancy for cutting, welding, and cladding.
The MFMC 80000 steps up to 80kW within the same multi-module cabinet architecture, beam quality (BPP 5.5–6.5 mm·mrad @150μm), and 1100 × 2185 × 1610mm footprint as the MFMC 60000, in a heavier 1900kg chassis built to house the additional module capacity for higher-throughput cutting, welding, and cladding work.
Like the MFMC 60000, power stability holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, with the same 10–100% power tunability and up to 5kHz modulation frequency. It connects over digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, and ships CE and FDA certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D (PL-d) and a 3-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years.
The same BPP 5.5–6.5 mm·mrad (@150μm) beam quality as the MFMC 60000 carries through to 80kW, keeping output consistent as module count increases.
≥5% of rated power held in reserve across the module array means the MFMC 80000 keeps running at full output even if one module underperforms.
10–100% power tunability and modulation up to 5kHz give the MFMC 80000 the same controlled-output flexibility as the rest of the high-power trio.
Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, integrates the MFMC 80000 into existing cutting, welding, and cladding lines without custom middleware.
The same multi-module cabinet design as the MFMC 60000 combines additional laser modules into one enclosure to reach 80kW.
At roughly 1900kg — 210kg heavier than the MFMC 60000 — the MFMC 80000's chassis is built to house the additional module capacity, in the same 1100 × 2185 × 1610mm footprint.
