Maxphotonics Elite MFMC 60000W Multi-Module CW Laser

Elite MFMC 60000

A 60kW multi-module, cabinet-mounted fiber laser delivering ≥5% built-in power redundancy for cutting, welding, and cladding.

Elite MFMC 60000 Industrial Fiber Laser

The MFMC 60000 is the entry point into Elite's top multi-module tier, combining multiple laser modules into a single 60kW output for the highest-throughput cutting, welding, and cladding work in the range. At 1690kg, it's the lightest of the three highest-power Elite lasers, sharing the same beam quality (BPP 5.5–6.5 mm·mrad @150μm) as the MFMC 80000 and MFMC 85000.

Power stability holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, with tunability from 10% to 100% of rated output and modulation up to 5kHz for processes that call for controlled output. It connects over digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, and ships CE and FDA certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D (PL-d) and a 3-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years.

Key Features

Consistent Beam Quality at Full Duty Cycle

BPP of 5.5–6.5 mm·mrad at a 150μm core keeps output stable across cutting, welding, and cladding work at the top of the Elite range.

≥5% Built-In Power Redundancy

If one module underperforms, the rest of the array keeps the MFMC 60000 running at full rated output instead of forcing an unplanned shutdown.

Fine-Grained Power Control

Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 5kHz, for processes that need controlled, lower-power passes as well as full-power runs.

Straightforward Automation Integration

Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, connects the MFMC 60000 into existing production cells without custom middleware.

Multi-Module Cabinet Architecture

Multiple laser modules are combined into a single cabinet enclosure, giving the redundancy and headroom of a multi-module design in one integrated unit.

Lightest Chassis in the High-Power Trio

At 1100 × 2185 × 1610mm and roughly 1690kg, the MFMC 60000 is lighter than the MFMC 80000 and MFMC 85000, while sharing the same beam quality and cabinet architecture.
