The MFMC 85000 tops out the Elite Series at 85kW — the highest power rating in the range — while sharing the same 1100 × 2185 × 1610mm chassis, 1900kg weight, and beam quality (BPP 5.5–6.5 mm·mrad @150μm) as the MFMC 80000, for the series' highest-throughput cutting, welding, and cladding work.
Like the rest of this top-tier trio, power stability holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, with the same 10–100% power tunability and up to 5kHz modulation frequency. It connects over digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, and ships CE and FDA certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D (PL-d) and a 3-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years.
The same BPP 5.5–6.5 mm·mrad (@150μm) beam quality shared across the MFMC 60000 and MFMC 80000 carries through to the series' highest power rating.
≥5% of rated power held in reserve across the module array means the MFMC 85000 keeps running at full output even if one module underperforms.
10–100% power tunability and modulation up to 5kHz give the MFMC 85000 the same controlled-output flexibility as the rest of the high-power trio.
Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, integrates the MFMC 85000 into existing cutting, welding, and cladding lines without custom middleware.
