A 19-inch rack-mount 1kW fiber laser built for precision 3D printing, with M² ≤1.2 beam quality and ±1% power stability.
The MFSC 1000 steps up to 1kW within the same rack-mount architecture as the MFSC 500, trading a slightly wider M² ≤1.2 beam quality (at a 14μm core) for roughly double the power — useful for larger parts or faster build rates in 3D printing.
Like the MFSC 500, it fits the same 482.6 × 620 × 89mm 19-inch rack footprint at roughly 45kg, though it draws more input power at 3kW typical on the same single-phase 220V supply. It carries the same certification and warranty as the rest of the pair: CE, FDA, and ETL (UL compatible) certified, Performance Level D safety rating, and a 2-year standard warranty extendable to 5 years.
M² ≤1.2 at a 14μm core keeps the beam tight enough for consistent part quality even at double the power of the MFSC 500.
Power output holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, so build quality doesn't drift between the first layer and the last.
Despite the jump to 1kW, it keeps the same rack footprint and weight as the MFSC 500 — more power without needing more rack space, though it draws more input power (3kW typical vs. 1.5kW).
Precise modulation control up to 50kHz supports dynamic 3D printing processes that need fine pulse-timing control.
Standard Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET as options, connects it into the same automated production lines as the rest of the Elite lineup.
QBH and QCS fiber connections support the same range of compatible processing heads as the MFSC 500, without needing a custom adapter.
