The MFSC 12000 doubles the output of the MFSC 6000 Cabinet within the same single-module cabinet architecture and beam quality range (BPP 3.5–4.5 mm·mrad @100μm), for higher-throughput cutting, welding, and cladding work. It carries the same ≥5% built-in power redundancy, and adds an extra year of standard coverage — a 3-year warranty against the MFSC 6000 Cabinet's 2-year term.
Like the MFSC 6000 Cabinet, power stability holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, with the same 10–100% power tunability and up to 5kHz modulation frequency. It connects over digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, and ships CE and FDA certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D (PL-d) — backed by a 3-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years.
The same BPP 3.5–4.5 mm·mrad (@100μm) beam quality as the MFSC 6000 Cabinet carries through to 12kW, keeping output consistent as power doubles.
≥5% of rated power held in reserve means the MFSC 12000 keeps running at full output even if part of the system underperforms.
10–100% power tunability and modulation up to 5kHz give the MFSC 12000 the same controlled-output flexibility as the MFSC 6000 Cabinet.
Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, integrates the MFSC 12000 into existing cutting, welding, and cladding lines without custom middleware.
The same single-enclosure cabinet architecture as the MFSC 6000 Cabinet combines the laser source, cooling, and control systems, simplifying installation at double the power.
The MFSC 12000 ships with a 3-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years — a year longer than the MFSC 6000 Cabinet's standard term.
