
A 3kW single-module fiber laser delivering ≥5% built-in power redundancy for cutting, welding, and cladding.
The MFSC 3000 steps up to 3kW within the same single-module architecture and 482.6 × 850 × 172mm chassis as the MFSC 2000, carrying over the same BPP 1.0–2.0 mm·mrad beam quality and ≥5% built-in power redundancy — with more power in reserve for thicker material or longer welding runs across cutting, welding, and cladding applications.
Like the rest of the group, power is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated output, with modulation frequency up to 5kHz for processes needing precise control. Digital I/O connectivity — with EtherCAT and PROFINET available — drops it into existing production lines, and it carries the same CE, FDA, and ETL certification, PL-d safety rating, and 2-year warranty (extendable to 5 years) as the rest of the Elite single-module range.
The same BPP 1.0–2.0 mm·mrad (@50μm) beam quality as the MFSC 2000 carries into the MFSC 3000, keeping focus and spot size consistent as output steps up.
≥5% of rated power in reserve keeps the MFSC 3000 running at full output if part of the system underperforms, rather than forcing an unplanned shutdown.
10–100% power tunability and modulation up to 5kHz give the MFSC 3000 the same controlled-output flexibility as the rest of the Elite single-module lineup.
Digital I/O with optional EtherCAT and PROFINET connectivity drops the MFSC 3000 into existing production cells without custom integration work.
A closed water-cooling loop and +10°C to +40°C operating range keep the MFSC 3000 running continuously across normal shop-floor conditions.
At 482.6 × 850 × 172mm and roughly 70kg — identical to the MFSC 2000 — the MFSC 3000 delivers 50% more power without a larger footprint on the shop floor.
