Maxphotonics M Series MFMC 50000W Multi-Module CW Laser

M Series MFMC 50000M

A 50kW multi-module fiber laser delivering BPP 4.0–5.5 mm·mrad beam quality, CE-certified for cutting and welding.

M Series MFMC 50000 Industrial Fiber Laser

The MFMC 50000M steps up to 50kW within the same multi-module cabinet architecture, beam quality range (BPP 4.0–5.5 mm·mrad @100μm), and 950 × 1101 × 1250mm footprint as the MFMC 40000M, in a heavier chassis built to house the additional module capacity for higher-throughput cutting and welding work.

Like the MFMC 40000M, power stability holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, with the same 10–100% power tunability and CW or modulated operating modes. It connects over digital I/O, draws power from a 400V three-phase supply, and ships CE-certified with a 3-year standard warranty.

Key Features

Consistent Beam Quality at Higher Power

The same BPP 4.0–5.5 mm·mrad (@100μm) beam quality as the MFMC 40000M carries through to 50kW, keeping output consistent as module count increases.

CW and Modulated Operation

Runs in continuous-wave or modulated mode, giving flexibility to match output delivery to the cutting or welding process at hand.

10–100% Power Tunability

Output is adjustable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 5kHz, giving the MFMC 50000M the same controlled-output flexibility as the MFMC 40000M.

Straightforward Automation Integration

Digital I/O connectivity drops the MFMC 50000M into existing cutting and welding cells without custom middleware.

Multi-Module Cabinet Architecture

The same multi-module cabinet design as the MFMC 40000M combines additional laser modules into one enclosure to reach 50kW.

Same Footprint, More Power

At 950 × 1101 × 1250mm — identical to the MFMC 40000M — and roughly 936kg, the MFMC 50000M delivers more power without a larger footprint on the shop floor.
