Maxphotonics M Series MFMC 80000W Multi-Module CW Laser

M Series MFMC 80000M

An 80kW multi-module fiber laser delivering BPP 5.5–6.6 mm·mrad beam quality, CE-certified for cutting and welding.

M Series MFMC 20000 Industrial Fiber Laser

The MFMC 80000M is the lower-power model in the M Series' top multi-module tier, combining multiple laser modules into a single 80kW output for the highest-throughput cutting and welding work in the range. It runs in CW or modulated operating modes, with beam quality of BPP 5.5–6.6 mm·mrad through a 150μm fiber core, shared with the MFMC 85000M.

Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with power stability holding within ±1% over an hour of continuous running. It connects over digital I/O, draws up to 280kW from a 400V three-phase supply, and ships CE-certified with a 3-year standard warranty.

Key Features

BPP 5.5–6.6 mm·mrad Beam Quality

A beam parameter product of 5.5–6.6 mm·mrad through a 150μm fiber core keeps output consistent at the top of the M Series' power range.

CW and Modulated Operation

Runs in continuous-wave or modulated mode, giving flexibility to match output delivery to the cutting or welding process at hand.

10–100% Power Tunability

Output is adjustable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 5kHz, for dialing in exactly the energy a given material or joint calls for.

Straightforward Automation Integration

Digital I/O connectivity drops the MFMC 80000M into existing cutting and welding cells without custom middleware.

Multi-Module Cabinet Architecture

Multiple laser modules are combined into a single cabinet enclosure, giving the MFMC 80000M its 80kW output in one integrated unit.

Same Footprint as the MFMC 85000M

At 1100 × 2185 × 1610mm and roughly 1900kg — identical to the MFMC 85000M — the MFMC 80000M shares its top-tier chassis with no weight or footprint difference between the two, only power.
