A 1000W, CE-certified water-cooled pulsed fiber laser delivering up to 100mJ single pulse energy for industrial cleaning and surface treatment.
The MFPT 1000M steps up from the MFPT 500M to 1000W, sharing the same 482.6 × 681.5 × 172mm chassis and 10 to 3000kHz repetition rate range, with a dual single pulse energy option of 50mJ or 100mJ (M² ≤10 or ≤25 respectively) for tougher industrial cleaning jobs that need more energy per pulse than the MFPT 500M offers.
Output is tunable across a 1ns(CW) to 500ns pulse width range, running in CW or pulsed mode depending on the job — CW mode also suits precision welding work alongside its main industrial cleaning applications. It connects via QBH fiber output over a 10m cable, available with a 300μm or 400μm fiber core depending on the beam size needed, runs on water cooling — circulating distilled water or a glycol antifreeze mix — draws up to 4000W from a 380VAC supply, and ships CE-certified with a 2-year standard warranty, extendable up to 5 years, weighing roughly 48kg with its armored cable.
A choice of 50mJ (M² ≤10) or 100mJ (M² ≤25) single pulse energy — more than the MFPT 500M's fixed 50mJ — for tougher cleaning jobs that need more energy per pulse.
Available with a 300μm or 400μm output fiber core, a choice the MFPT 500M doesn't offer, for tuning beam size to the job.
Built for high-throughput industrial cleaning: laser cleaning of tires, cleaning industrial molds, and roughening surfaces ahead of coating or bonding.
Adjustable from 10 to 3000kHz, the same range as the MFPT 500M, for fine control over cleaning speed and coverage.
Runs on water cooling — circulating distilled water or a glycol antifreeze mix — to sustain output at higher power over long cleaning runs.
At roughly 48kg and drawing up to 4000W, the MFPT 1000M sits between the MFPT 500M and MFPT 2000M in both power draw and weight.
