The MFPT 500M is the entry point into MOPA's higher-power pulsed fiber laser group, sharing the same 482.6 × 681.5 × 172mm chassis, M² ≤10 beam quality, and 10 to 3000kHz repetition rate range as the MFPT 1000M and MFPT 2000M, with a single pulse energy of 50mJ suited to industrial cleaning work like tire and mold cleaning and surface roughening.
Output is tunable across a 1ns(CW) to 500ns pulse width range, running in CW or pulsed mode depending on the job — CW mode also suits precision welding work alongside its main industrial cleaning applications. It connects via QBH fiber output over a 10m cable (300μm core), runs on water cooling — circulating distilled water or a glycol antifreeze mix — draws up to 2000W from a 380VAC supply, and ships CE-certified with a 2-year standard warranty, extendable up to 5 years, weighing roughly 46kg with its armored cable.
