A 20kW multi-module fiber laser delivering up to 45% Wall Plug Efficiency and 10% built-in power redundancy for cutting, welding, and cladding.
At 20kW, the MFMC 20000 is the highest-power laser in the Pro45 Series, built on the same multi-module architecture as the MFMC 12000 but scaled up for higher throughput. Its beam quality (BPP 3.0–4.0 mm·mrad) is tighter than the MFMC 12000's, while carrying over the same 45% Wall Plug Efficiency the whole series is built around.
Its ≥10% power redundancy works the same way as the rest of the multi-module lineup — if one module underperforms, the rest keep the laser running at full rated output rather than forcing a shutdown. It ships CE, FDA, and ETL certified, with safety systems rated to ISO 13849-1:2015 Performance Level D, a 5-year standard warranty, and connects over EtherCAT, PROFINET, or digital I/O into existing production cells.
Converts more of the electricity it draws into usable laser output rather than heat, keeping both energy costs and cooling demand down even at 20kW.
If one module underperforms, the rest of the array keeps output at full rated power, avoiding an unplanned shutdown on a high-throughput line.
Power output holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, with beam quality (BPP 3.0–4.0 mm·mrad) tight enough for consistent results at full power.
Connects over EtherCAT, PROFINET, or digital I/O into existing cutting, welding, and cladding cells without custom integration work.
Runs continuously across a +10°C to +40°C range on a closed water-cooling loop, with standby power under 100W between jobs.
At 750 × 1100 × 1250.5mm and roughly 815kg, it's the largest chassis in the Pro45 lineup — built to house the module count needed to reach 20kW while keeping the same reliability and control interfaces as the rest of the series.
