The MFMC 12000 is the first multi-module laser in the Pro45 Series, combining multiple laser modules into a single 12kW output rather than scaling one module further. That architecture gives it a slightly wider beam quality range (BPP 3.0–4.5 mm·mrad) than the Pro45 Series' single-module MFSC 6000 and MFSC 10000, along with more headroom for higher-power, higher-throughput work across cutting, welding, and cladding.
Because the MFMC 12000 combines multiple laser modules rather than relying on one, its ≥10% power redundancy means the remaining modules can cover the shortfall if one underperforms — keeping the line running instead of forcing a shutdown mid-shift. It ships CE, FDA, and ETL certified, with safety systems rated to ISO 13849-1:2015 Performance Level D, a 5-year standard warranty, and connects over EtherCAT, PROFINET, or digital I/O into existing production cells.
More of the electricity you pay for becomes usable beam power instead of waste heat, cutting both energy costs and the load on your cooling system.
If one module underperforms, the rest of the array keeps the laser running at full rated output instead of forcing an unplanned shutdown.
Power output holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, with a beam parameter product of 3.0–4.5 mm·mrad across the module array.
Connects over EtherCAT, PROFINET, or digital I/O into existing cutting, welding, and cladding cells without custom integration work.
Runs continuously across a +10°C to +40°C range on a closed water-cooling loop, with standby power under 100W between jobs.
At 749 × 1000 × 957mm and roughly 450kg, the multi-module chassis delivers double the output of the single-module 6kW unit, with a 25m power cable for more flexible placement on the shop floor.
