A 10kW single-module fiber laser delivering up to 45% Wall Plug Efficiency and 20% built-in power redundancy for cutting, welding, and cladding.
The MFSC 10000 steps up to 10kW within the same single-module architecture as the MFSC 6000, carrying over the Pro45 Series' 45% Wall Plug Efficiency and beam quality of 3.0–4.0 mm·mrad — but with more power per pass for faster cycle times on thicker material or higher-volume cutting and welding lines.
That reliability comes with real certification behind it: CE, FDA, and ETL certified, with safety systems rated to ISO 13849-1:2015 Performance Level D, a 5-year standard warranty, and ≥20% built-in power redundancy so the laser keeps running at full output even if part of the system underperforms. EtherCAT, PROFINET, and digital I/O connectivity mean it drops into existing cutting and welding cells without custom integration work.
More of the electricity you pay for becomes usable beam power instead of waste heat — lowering both your energy bill and the load on your chiller.
With ≥20% of rated power held in reserve, the MFSC 10000 keeps running at full output even if part of the system underperforms, instead of stopping the line for an unplanned repair.
Power output holds within ±1% over an hour of continuous running, and a beam parameter product of 3.0–4.0 mm·mrad keeps results repeatable across a full shift, not just the first part off the line.
EtherCAT, PROFINET, and digital I/O let it plug into existing production lines and control systems without custom integration work.
Built for 24/7 operation across a +10°C to +40°C range on a closed water-cooling loop, drawing under 100W on standby between jobs.
Despite the jump to 10kW, the MFSC 10000 keeps the same 642 × 1000 × 700mm footprint as the 6kW unit, at roughly 254kg — more power without a larger footprint on the shop floor.
