A 6kW single-module fiber laser delivering BPP 3.0–3.8 mm·mrad beam quality, CE-certified for cutting and welding.
The MFSC 6000X tops out the X Series' single-module lineup at 6kW, through a 100μm fiber core with beam quality of BPP 3.0–3.8 mm·mrad (@100μm) — a wider core than the MFSC 1500X through 4000X use, built to carry the additional power for stainless steel welding and carbon steel and stainless steel cutting.
Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with a modulation frequency of up to 20kHz. It connects over digital I/O, draws a maximum of 20kW from a single-phase 400V supply, and ships CE-certified with a 2-year standard warranty.
A beam parameter product of 3.0–3.8 mm·mrad through a 100μm fiber core (150μm and 200μm optional) is matched to the MFSC 6000X's higher power output, for consistent stainless steel welds and clean carbon and stainless steel cuts.
Runs in continuous-wave or modulated mode, giving flexibility to match output delivery to the cutting or welding process at hand.
Output is adjustable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with modulation up to 20kHz, for dialing in exactly the energy a given material or joint calls for.
Digital I/O connectivity drops the MFSC 6000X into existing cutting and welding cells without custom middleware.
Runs on a closed water-cooling loop across a +10°C to +40°C operating range, with humidity tolerance up to 85% for varied shop-floor conditions.
At 420 × 855.5 × 115mm and roughly 56kg, the MFSC 6000X is narrower and lighter than the MFSC 3000X and MFSC 4000X, despite delivering more power than either.
