Dual Beam MFMC 2000/2000M Industrial Fiber Laser

The MFMC 2000/2000M is the middle model in the even-split trio, stepping up from the MFMC 1000/1000M to an even 2000W core / 2000W ring split, for 4kW of combined output — the same total as the MFMC 1500/2500M, but split evenly rather than biased toward the ring. Core beam quality is 1.3mm·mrad (@34μm) or 4.0mm·mrad (@100μm) depending on fiber configuration, with ring beam quality of 4.5mm·mrad (@100μm), 16mm·mrad (@300μm), or 32mm·mrad (@600μm).

It's built for EV battery welding, including battery drive unit welding and battery tab welding. Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with a modulation frequency up to 20kHz. It connects via QBH or QD fiber connectors, integrates into production lines over Digital I/O or ProfiNET, runs on water cooling (distilled water or glycol antifreeze, conductivity ≤40±5μS/cm), draws 12kW from a 360-440VAC three-phase supply, and ships CE certified with a 2-year standard warranty. At 550×1140×760mm and roughly 200kg, it shares its chassis with the rest of the Dual Beam Multi Module lineup.

Key Features

2000W Core / 2000W Ring Output

An even 1:1 split between a 2000W core beam and a 2000W ring beam, for deep penetration balanced with heat spread around the weld pool.

4kW Combined Output, Even Split

At 4kW combined core+ring power, the MFMC 2000/2000M matches the MFMC 1500/2500M's total output, but splits it evenly rather than biasing toward the ring — a narrower, more concentrated beam profile for different weld requirements.

EV Battery Welding

Built for battery drive unit welding and battery tab welding — precision joins where spatter and heat-affected zones need to stay minimal.

Digital I/O / ProfiNET Interface

Connects into existing production lines over Digital I/O or ProfiNET, for integration with automated welding cells.

Water-Cooled for Sustained Output

Water cooling (distilled water or glycol antifreeze, conductivity ≤40±5μS/cm) keeps output stable through sustained CW welding work on a fixed production line.

Multiple Fiber Configurations

Core and ring beam quality can be configured across several fiber core diameters (34/100μm, 100/300μm, or 100/600μm), for flexibility in matching the beam profile to the weld.
