Elite MFSC 4000 Industrial Fiber Laser

At 4kW, the MFSC 4000 carries the same single-module design and beam quality (BPP 1.0–2.0 mm·mrad @50μm) as the MFSC 2000 and MFSC 3000, with a heavier 80kg chassis built to house the additional power. ≥5% built-in power redundancy and the same cutting, welding, and cladding versatility carry through the step up in output.

The MFSC 4000 carries the same 10–100% power tunability and up to 5kHz modulation frequency as the rest of the group, for processes that call for controlled output rather than just full power. It's CE, FDA, and ETL certified, with safety systems rated to Performance Level D (PL-d), connects via digital I/O with EtherCAT or PROFINET, and comes with a 2-year standard warranty extendable to 5 years.

Consistent Beam Quality at Higher Power

BPP of 1.0–2.0 mm·mrad (@50μm) holds steady at 4kW, the same beam quality spec shared across the MFSC 2000, 3000, and 6000.

≥5% Built-In Power Redundancy

≥5% of rated power held in reserve means the MFSC 4000 keeps running at full output even if part of the system underperforms.

Fine-Grained Power Control

Power is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated output, with modulation up to 5kHz, for work that calls for controlled passes as well as full-power cuts and welds.

Straightforward Automation Integration

Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, integrates the MFSC 4000 into existing cutting, welding, and cladding lines without custom middleware.

Built for Continuous Operation

A closed water-cooling loop supports continuous running across a +10°C to +40°C range, with humidity tolerance up to 85%.

Heavier-Duty Chassis for the Step Up in Power

At 482.6 × 850 × 172mm and roughly 80kg, the MFSC 4000's chassis is 10kg heavier than the MFSC 2000 and MFSC 3000 — built to house the additional power at the same footprint.
