The MFPT 200M steps up from the MFPT 70M/100M pair into a higher single pulse energy range, built for marking, engraving, and precision work like paint removal, rust removal, and battery tab cutting. At 200W, it runs in CW or pulsed operating modes with beam quality of M² ≤1.4 and single pulse energy up to 15mJ, giving it enough energy per pulse for finer cutting work than the smaller MOPA miniaturized models.
Output is tunable from 10% to 100% of rated power, with a repetition rate range of 1 to 8000kHz for switching between surface marking, micro-cutting, and low-spatter welding without changing hardware. It offers a choice of fixed isolator or QCS quick-connect fiber output, runs on air cooling, drawing 650W from a 24VDC supply, and ships CE-certified with a 2-year standard warranty, extendable up to 5 years.
A beam quality of M² ≤1.4 keeps the focused spot fine and consistent, for legible marks and clean engraved detail.
Single pulse energy up to 15mJ gives the MFPT 200M enough energy per pulse for precision work like paint removal, rust removal, and battery tab cutting.
Tunable heat input lets the MFPT 200M switch between surface marking, micro-cutting, and low-spatter welding without swapping hardware.
