The MFSC 6000 tops out this group of Elite single-module lasers at 6kW, in a 90kg chassis that's the heaviest of the four but shares the same 482.6 × 850 × 172mm footprint, beam quality (BPP 1.0–2.0 mm·mrad @50μm), and ≥5% built-in power redundancy as the MFSC 2000, MFSC 3000, and MFSC 4000 — giving it the most headroom in the group for higher-throughput cutting, welding, and cladding work.
It shares the same 10–100% power tunability, up to 5kHz modulation frequency, and digital I/O connectivity (with EtherCAT and PROFINET available) as the MFSC 2000, MFSC 3000, and MFSC 4000, along with CE, FDA, and ETL certification, a Performance Level D (PL-d) safety rating, and a 2-year standard warranty extendable to 5 years.
BPP of 1.0–2.0 mm·mrad (@50μm) is unchanged from the MFSC 2000 through the MFSC 4000, so beam focus doesn't loosen as output climbs to 6kW.
≥5% of rated power in reserve keeps the MFSC 6000 running at full output even if part of the system underperforms — no unplanned downtime waiting on a repair.
10–100% power tunability and modulation up to 5kHz carry through to the top of this group, for controlled lower-power work as well as full 6kW output.
Digital I/O, with EtherCAT and PROFINET available, connects the MFSC 6000 into existing production lines without custom integration work.
Runs continuously on a closed water-cooling loop across a +10°C to +40°C range, tolerating humidity up to 85% on the shop floor.
